I started my fitness journey started in college. I always played sports and was active growing up, but it wasn’t until college that I started to learn about how the body functions, what it needs, and how to workout for an improved quality of life. Fast forward 10 years, and through a lot of trial and error I am here to share what I have learned! There is so much NOISE and BS when it comes to fitness and getting healthy that it is really overwhelming. I am here to help break things down, lower the volume, and simplify what it takes to get in shape and take care of yourself!

Have a PELOTON or P90x? Let me help add to you workouts and be your on call help with meal planning as well as 2 workouts a month.

Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle. I’ll help you make good choices when you eat so you can have more energy throughout the day.

I pride myself on being able to create a routine just for you. Adjusting to your current strength while pushing you get better. What ever your goals are each workout is a building block to get you there.

Think of me as your personal accountable-a-buddy, helping you find the strength you didn’t know you had. I am here to help and be your partner in your journey. I will even provide a WAKE UP call for early morning workouts if needed. I am here to be a support.
Personalized Meal Plan
As hard as you workout, you can not out work a poor diet. I will create a simple meal plan that is easy to follow just for you. Since I also love to cook; I provide simple recipes that fit into your plan so you are not stuck with only chicken and rice LOL.
A Guide through the Fitness Industry
There is so much noise in this industry; so many “get fit quick” schemes and diets. I will help sift through everything with you and break things down to their simplest forms. Peloton, Bowflex, NordicTrack, Beach Body all have great pieces, but are not always complete. My job is to fill in where they fall short.
